How did Sparta resemble a military camp by what measures was the freedom of the Spartans limited?

The whole point is that in ancient Sparta there were strict military traditions. Here the upbringing of children began very early. This education was based on physical training. Other aspects of training were relegated to the background. So at the age of 7, boys were sent to special military camps, where they were taught to survive. At the age of 13 (if they survived) they began to be taught the art of war.
