How did the borders in Europe change in 1945-1946?

The decision to change the European borders after the end of the Great Patriotic War was made at the Postdam Conference, which took place in the summer of 1945. According to the results of the conference, Germany was deprived of all the occupied territories. It was decided to pass the Polish-German border along the Oder-Neisse rivers, part of East Prussia (Konigsberg) with adjacent territories was transferred to the USSR.
At the Yalta Conference, the western borders also underwent changes: the issue of passing the Polish eastern border “along the Curzon line” was resolved, plus lands in the north and west were joined to Poland.
