How did the development of the countries of Asia differ from the development of the countries of Europe?

It is now generally accepted that the main path of human development is the European one, the so-called Eurocentrism has taken root in the consideration of history. It is believed that Europe is a developed region for a long time and it gave progress to all of humanity. However, it should be noted that the most developed countries of the world for most of its history are just the eastern countries. It is worth saying that the East has gone its own way of development and it is clearly not backward, as is now commonly believed in our science and society.
