How did the economic policy of the Soviet government change during 1917-1927?

This decade was marked by abrupt changes in the vector of the state’s economic development. Initially, the policy of war communism was implemented, the goal of which was to build an ideal society as soon as possible. Thus, the nationalization of enterprises began, commodity circulation and circulation of currency stopped, and food appropriation was introduced. However, it did not give a result, and therefore the NEP was introduced, which became the direct opposite of the previous system. Great freedom was given to entrepreneurship, rent was allowed, tax in kind was introduced, and so on. However, by 1927, the curtailment of these events began.
