How did the ideology of the Germans change after the First World War?

Germany was one of the initiators of the First World War. But, having suffered defeat, the country found itself in a disastrous situation. Due to the oppression from the victorious countries and the imposed indemnities, Germany fell into a deep economic crisis. Revanchist sentiments began gradually to form in the state, reinforced by the increased role of the Nazi party, which initially proposed a plan for overcoming the economic crisis. Later, the party began to occupy a key seat in parliament, which made it possible to mobilize resources for a new war.
