The climatic conditions of Mesopotamia differed from those in ancient Egypt by the following factors:

1) The climate here was milder, it rained more often and it was not so hot;

2) The northern region of Mesopotamia was hilly, and the southern one was more flat, while the lands of Egypt were a continuous plain;

3) On the territory of Mesopotamia, there were two large rivers Tigris and Eurfates, which often overflowed, one large river Nile flowed through Egypt.
