How did the relationship between the Provisional Government and the Petrosovet develop during the period of diarchy?

Relations between them were rather conflicting. So during the period of March 1917, several major skirmishes took place between them. In order to improve relations on March 6-10, a special Contact Commission was created, which included representatives of the Council and the government. But, for example, the Bureau of the Central Committee of the RSDLP constantly opposed the bodies for regulating relations, as well as against ties with the Provisional Government.
