How did the rights of immigrants differ from the rights of Athenian citizens?

The settlers were somewhat limited in their rights compared to other citizens, namely:
They did not have the right to own land plots;
Did not have the right to participate in the national assembly;
Couldn’t hold managerial positions;
They were forced to pay tax for living in Athens.
