How do habits develop? What habits are there?

Habits are formed from the constant repetition of an action, gradually over time. A person is able to both get used to something and unlearn it. They are harmful and useful. Harmful: smoking, nervous knocking on the table (or foot), some kind of parasitic words (for example, “type”), useful: morning exercises, constant sleep, etc.
