How do mountains affect people’s lives and health?

Life on the plain and in the highlands is different. Because mountains really affect the human body. People who live in the mountains are different from city dwellers:

1) They have a minimum of the benefits of civilization, live in modest conditions;

2) Good health, because in the mountains there is fresh air, herbs;

3) Their life is different in that you have to work hard.

But, if a tourist decides to conquer the top of the mountain, he may develop altitude sickness (the body temperature rises, there will be dizziness).
