Litmus indicator. The color itself is dark blue. In an acidic environment, red, in an alkaline environment – blue.
Methyl orange. Orange itself. In an acidic environment it is red, and in an alkaline environment it is yellow.
Phenolphthalein. By itself it is colorless. Colorless in acidic environment. In alkaline it is raspberry.
