How do you imagine the ratio of the national and the universal in modern culture?

People are by nature the same. Everyone is capable of love and friendship, they dream of raising their children, they strive to earn more money. This is perhaps the main reason why there is more universal in all cultures.
Judging by the outward manifestations, the universal is also seen more. For example, you watch movies and or news and you see that even in very distant countries people wear approximately the same clothes as in Russia (at least in the summer). They use externally the same things. The same can be said about lifestyle. They work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. They also watch TV, study at the computer, etc. If you listen to music, then almost everyone imitates the West and America.
