How do you see the difference between basic and complete general secondary education? Is a complete secondary education necessary for everyone?

With a complete general education, you can enter and study at a university, with an incomplete general education – only in college, and after that to a university. General complete education gives a little more knowledge of an in-depth nature in school subjects that can be useful for admission or in later life.

I believe that it is not necessary to make a complete general education compulsory, because not everyone will go to universities, the economy also needs working hands. In general, a person will take only what he needs from school education. Not always and not all education gives something and is something useful.
