How does a person pollute nature?

Man is part of the surrounding world and is a biological species. However, unlike all other animals, technical progress became available to him, because of which he has a huge impact on the environment. The following human activities are the most harmful to nature:
* Emissions of harmful chemical elements into the air: for example, factories and plants pollute the atmosphere by releasing heavy metals, poisonous chemicals, etc. This affects the quality of the air and the level of oxygen contained in it;
* Deforestation: Sometimes forests are cleared to obtain raw materials for construction, and sometimes to make grazing land for livestock. Because of this, many rare species that live there die. It also leads to a decrease in the level of oxygen in the atmosphere;
* Pollution of the oceans: people not only dump there garbage, from which many marine mammals, fish and birds die. Often, a tanker carrying oil is wrecked at sea, causing oil to spill over the water surface, causing incredible damage to local flora and fauna;
* Burial of toxic waste: Some businesses bury toxic waste directly in the ground, resulting in soil pollution, vegetation extinction and animal extinction
