How does the planaria reproduce?

Planaria has two methods of reproduction, asexual and sexual.
Consider the first method of reproduction – asexual.
The planarian divides itself transversely into two parts, after which each part becomes a full-fledged planarian.
Consider the second method of reproduction – sexual.
Planarians have females and males. In order to create offspring, two individuals need to touch each other. After the union of the male and female cells, a fertilized zygote is formed. The zygote will gradually grow and after that it will turn into a cocoon. this cocoon is the planarian egg.
