How does the pulse change during exercise?

The pulse of a person, in general, increases with physical activity. Under normal conditions, the pulse for an adult is in the range from 60 to 90 beats per minute, with various loads (for example, running or swimming), the pulse can reach the limit of 100 – 120 beats. The most important thing is that the pulse after the termination of the load returns to normal.
Also, in some cases, a paradoxical change in the pulse was noticed, this phenomenon is very typical for people with heart disease or with a very trained heart muscle.
