How effective was the social and economic development of the USSR during the implementation of the first five-year plans?

According to the results of the first five-year plans, a class of people was formed who were ready to work in industries for meager wages, knowing that they were working for the good of the country’s bright future. They believed that they could make the country prosperous and provide for their children. By 1939, the urban population had increased. Everyone lived in a standard way: a family in one room, labor in factories. As a result, there was a breakthrough and the peasant society became industrialized.
