How has the rate of population growth changed?

A sharp increase in population on our planet has been taking place over just a few centuries. So in the nineteenth century the population of the planet was about one billion people, at the moment the population is about seven billion. The first places in terms of population are occupied by China and India. In general, the population is growing not at the expense of all countries. In most of the countries of Western Europe, Eastern Europe, there is a demographic regression (a sharp decline in the population), in other countries, a demographic explosion (a sharp increase in the population).
