How is a Christian basilica different from a pagan one?

Differences between Christian and pagan basilica: 1. Christian was built in the form of an elongated rectangular building with an altar (apse) on the east side, while the pagan one might not have quite certain proportions. 2. The entrance for the Christian is on the smaller side of the rectangle; for the pagan, the entrance is on the long side. 3. Some pagan basilicas were not created for religion (like Christian ones), but in order to serve as a court. 4. Christian basilicas had a longitudinal elongation with parallel rows and columns with arches, the pagan had a dome on sails, which was erected on four central columns. 5. The Christian had one entrance, while the pagan could have three or four entrances.
