How is a leader different from a person?

Personality is a matured person with his own values, moral and ethical guidelines, beliefs and attitudes. But this does not make a person a leader. A leader is a person who, among other things, has leadership qualities. Such a person is able to lead, immediately resolve issues and problems, be responsible for the entire team and be a good commander. A person who does not have leadership qualities cannot do this.

One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
