How is length different from width?

You can measure the length and width of objects. The length is the interval between two points of the plane that are at the greatest distance from each other. Width, in contrast to length, is the gap between two points of the plane that are at the smallest distance from each other, that is, on the contrary, by definition of length.

The length of the object is in the longitudinal direction, and its width is located across the length.

Thus, the length of the item will be its largest size, and the width will be the smallest size.
