How is Ohm’s Law read for a complete circuit?

To make it easier to understand the meaning of my words, I propose to write down the formula and figure it out: I = E / (R + r). We begin to read the law from top to bottom in physical language. EMF is on top, which means that the current is in direct proportion to it. And vice versa, the sum of the resistances is at the bottom (the resistance of the source + the circuit itself), the current strength is equal to the inverse ratio of their sum.
