How is the children’s team developing?

There are 4 main stages in the development of the children’s team.
1. The first associations of children appear, the unifying principle of which is the educator.
In the first stage, children’s associations can be easily destroyed.
2. More sustainable consolidation based on interests.
At the second stage, children organizers already appear.
3. There is an interest in each other.
4. Creation of relations within the children’s society, when everyone feels like a participant in a common cause.
