How is the revolution in France different from the revolution in Germany in 1848?

There are quite a few differences between them:

1) Germany was divided into separate states, which seriously hampered economic development. France was united, but there was an economic crisis inside the country.

2) The goal of the revolution in France was to carry out reforms. In Germany, the main goal was to create a single nation state.

3) In France, the revolution ended successfully, a republic was proclaimed. In Germany, the revolution failed, the ultimate goal was not achieved.

In many ways, the revolution in Germany began under the influence of the French Revolution.
