In order to determine the speed of a point (or a physical body) moving uniformly with a certain initial speed, you need to use the following dependence of the speed change on time:

v (t) = v0 + a * t, where:

t – time interval, second;

a – point acceleration, m / s ^ 2;

v0 is the initial speed of the point, m / s;

v (t) is the speed of the point at time t.
