M (Fe) = 55.8 g / mol.

3. Determine the number of moles of the starting material, if the mass is known:

Y (Zn) = m / M = 300 / 162.3 = 1.85 mol;

Y (Fe) = 1.85 mol since the amount of these substances according to the equation is 2 mol.

4. Calculate the mass of the reaction product:

m (Fe) = Y * M = 1.85 * 55.8 = 103.23 g.

Answer: during the reaction, iron was obtained with a mass of 103.23 g.
