How many nuclei do most human cells have?

The vast majority of cells in the human body have only one nucleus, but other types are also found:
1) In mature erythrocytes of humans and all other mammals, there are no nuclei, which allows cells to carry more hemoglobin and increase the efficiency of gas exchange.
2) In striated muscle tissue, cells can have several nuclei, i.e. be multicore.
