How many oceans does North America wash?

The North American shores are washed by the waters of three oceans. In the very north, there is the Arctic Ocean. This ocean is bordered by two North American countries: Canada and the United States. On the eastern side of the continent is the Atlantic Ocean. In the water area of this ocean there are several archipelagos, which host a number of island states, such as, for example, Dominica or the Dominican Republic. On the western side, the continent is already bordered by the Pacific Ocean.
