How many stages does photosynthesis have?

Let’s define the concept of photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is the process of generating chemical energy by synthesizing the energy of the sun’s rays by plants (light). There are several stages (phases) of photosynthesis that occur with the participation of plants:

– light phase – carried out only with the participation of sunlight (sun);

– dark phase – for this stage, the presence of light does not play a special role in the reaction.
