How many voyages to the shores of America did H. Columbus make?

Columbus began his first journey to discover a shortcut to India in 1492. Suddenly, a delegation of three ships: “Pinta”, “Niña” and “Santa Maria” discovered not the “land of spices”, but the “New World”, on October 12, Columbus landed in the Bahamas archipelago. The discoverer returned home on two ships, Maria got lost (sat on the reefs). So the first expedition of the famous navigator ended.
In total, Columbus conducted 4 such expeditions: the first is described above, the second from 1493 to 1496, the third from 1498 to 1500, and the fourth from 1502 to 1504.
