How many years has Athens been at the head of the maritime union of the policies?

Athens reached its maximum power in the 5th-4th centuries BC. In total, there were two periods when Athens headed the maritime union: the period 478-404 BC and the period 378-337 BC. The first period ended with the defeat of Athens in the Peloponnesian War, and the second after the defeat in the war against Macedonia. Thus, we can say that Athens led the union for 115 years.
