| 1. Let’s calculate the chemical amount of nitrogen:
n (N2) = m (N2): M (N2) = 4.2: 28 = 0.15 mol;
2. make up the proportion and find the value of the absorbed heat:
upon interaction of 1 mol of N2, 180 kJ of heat is absorbed;
and when interacting 0.15 mol of N2 – x kJ;
x = 0.15 * 180: 1 = 27 kJ.
Answer: 27 kJ.
