How much time can a child spend at the computer?

Depending on how old the child is, based on school safety regulations, I can say for sure:
1 cell -10-15 min per day
2-5 cells – 15 minutes per day
6-7 cells – 20 minutes a day
8-9 cells – 25 minutes per day
10-11 cells – 30 minutes a day
