How to calculate the mass of a body, knowing its volume and the density of the substance from which it is made?

Mass is denoted by the letter m, volume – V, density – ρ.

To find the mass of a body, you need to multiply the density of this body by its volume. That is, m = ρ * V.

When calculating the mass, it is important that the density is measured in kg / m³; and volume – in m³, or density – in g / cm³; volume – in cm³. Then, after reduction, the mass will be measured in kg, or in grams.
