How to explain the division of labor?

The division of labor has become a natural process in the course of the economic development of society. Gradually came the realization that each person should not be scattered on various types of work, but should be engaged in one specific specialization.

For example, for the manufacture of ceramic dishes, one worker was engaged in the extraction of raw materials, another – in its processing, the third decorated the product.

So the production process became more profitable and faster. Skilled workers, masters of their craft began to appear.
