How to find the annual temperature amplitude?

The annual temperature range is the difference between the higher and lower average monthly temperatures. In order to find the annual amplitude, you need to calculate the average monthly temperature of each month, then find the months in which it was the highest and the lowest, then subtract the lower one from the higher temperature. For example, in Moscow in July the average was: +25 – this is the highest average monthly temperature, and in January: -15 – this is the lowest average monthly temperature. We make calculations: 25 – (-15) = 40 annual temperature range.
