How to germinate a bean seed?

1) First you need to sort out the beans: remove the spoiled and damaged ones.
2) Put a damp cloth or gauze on a flat dish, spread the grains on the cloth, cover the beans with another damp cloth. The fabric should not be very damp, otherwise it will lead to rotting of the grains! The temperature in the room should be at least 25 degrees!
3) After six hours, rinse the beans, put back under a damp cloth. Then rinse the beans 2 times a day. If you do everything correctly, sprouts will appear in 36 hours.
4) Then put all the grains in a clean glass jar with a wide mouth, fill them completely with water at room temperature. After 3-4 hours, pour out the water and rinse the beans. Put the beans back into the jar WITHOUT FILLING WITH WATER, close the neck of the jar with damp gauze.
5) Rinse the beans 2 times a day. If you put the jar in a bright place, the beans will be rich in vitamin C, and if in the dark – in vitamin B2
6) When planting bean sprouts in the beds, the distance between the grains should be at least 20 centimeters. You need to plant carefully so as not to damage the sprouts.
