1-Prepare the slide by wiping it thoroughly with gauze.
Using a 2-pipette, apply 1-2 drops of water onto a glass slide.
3-Using a dissecting needle, carefully remove a small piece of transparent skin from the inside of the onion scale. Place a piece of skin in a drop of water and spread it out.
4-Cover the skin with a coverslip.
