How to quickly grow mold on bread?

You take a piece of bread, put it in some small plastic container or on a plate, put it all in a bag or cover with cling film, tie the bag.

You can lightly sprinkle a slice of bread with water to encourage mold growth. This can be done with a spray bottle. The bread should never get wet. Just give him some water once.
