How to synthesize DNA and RNA?

During DNA synthesis, the molecule doubles according to the principle of complementarity. Doubled spirals include one old and one newly formed spiral. In RNA, matrix synthesis occurs when the principle of complementarity is used on one of the DNA strands. The DNA connection is called implementation i.e. doubling, and RNA transcription, i.e. copying from DNA. During DNA synthesis, pyrophosphate molecules are ejected. RNA is synthesized using the enzyme polynucleotide phosphorylase.
