How was a single state formed in Ancient Egypt?

A single state in Africa was formed in the third thousand BC. At first, there were two separate states called Egypt. After another war, the ruler of Upper Egypt subdued the ruler of Lower Egypt. It took a little time to create a new unified state. Cultural traditions and customs merged as quickly as crowns. In the third millennium BC Egypt was ruled by the great pharaoh. The capital was moved on this occasion to the city of Memphis.
