How was Caesar’s dictatorship manifested?

It is enough just the fact that in all his affairs Caesar relied primarily on the army.

The dictatorship of Caesar was also manifested in the fact that

1.) Caesar strove for one-man rule;
2.) Gave orders both to the senate and personally to the consuls;
3.) Appointed to positions those whom he himself considers necessary;
4.) Dispose of land issues on his own.

Throughout his history of reign, Caesar tried to strengthen his power in various ways and behaved in accordance with his status as “the sole king.”
