How, with air and water as raw materials, can you get ammonium hydroxide?

To get ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH), we need ammonia (NH3).
To obtain ammonia, hydrogen and nitrogen are needed.
Mass fraction of nitrogen in the air is 75.5%. We take nitrogen from the air. We extract hydrogen from water by electrolysis: 2H2O = 2H2 + O2. We get ammonia: N2 + 3H2 = 2NH3.
It remains to dissolve the ammonia in the inlet: NH3 + H2O = NH4OH.
