How would you assess the ecological situation in your region?

The ecological situation in my region is very deplorable and leaves much to be desired. There are many rivers, lakes and seas in my region. Every day, a huge amount of chemical waste and human waste is thrown into all water bodies. Residents burn garbage in their yards, there are no garbage processing plants. All this has a very negative effect on the ecology of my region.
One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
