Identify important ports that remained outside of Russia after the collapse of the USSR.

Apart from the ports on the shores of the Caspian Sea (Baku, Krasnovodsk), these include Riga, Liepaja and Ventspils in the territory of Latvia. Tallinn in Estonia, Klaipeda in Lithuania (quite a lot of Belarusian exports still go through it). And several more ports in Ukraine – Sevastopol, Kerch, Mariupol, Odessa, Ilyichevsk.
