Identify the signs by which you can distinguish objects of living nature from objects of non-living nature.

Wildlife objects can be distinguished from inanimate objects using several features. Living organisms are born, grow, develop and die. This cannot be applied to inanimate nature. Another characteristic difference is the absorption of food, water, air and other substances by living organisms. Also – living organisms tend to multiply. But it is not always easy to determine what nature an object has. Some underwater inhabitants were thought to be rocks or inorganic aggregates until they were studied in detail by biologists.
