If the earth rotated around its axis faster, what would change and why?

Let’s say the Earth began to rotate faster around its axis.
Where it leads?
Increasing the speed of rotation will lead to changes in our life schedule.
At a minimum, the number of hours in a day will be less, instead of 24 hours now.
The number of days in a year, instead of the usual 365, will increase.
In oceans and seas, the frequency of the ebb and flow will change, as it depends on the lunar calendar, which will also change.
All living organisms will need to rebuild themselves in a new way, from plants to humans.
