The area of an isosceles trapezoid S = (a + b) / 2 × √ (c ^ 2 – (a – b) ^ 2/4), where a is the upper base, b is the lower base, c is the side.
We get S = (6 + 14) / 2 × √ (25 – (6 – 14) ^ 2/4) = 10 × √ (25 – 16) = 30.
