AD = 14 cm; BD = 8 cm; AB = 5 cm; BH – high;

BH² = AB² – AH²; AH = 1/2 (AD – BC) = 1/2 * (14 – 8) = 3 (cm);

BH² = 25 – 9 = 16 (cm²);

BH = 4 cm.
