The perimeter of the triangle ABC is equal to: Ravs = (AB + BC + AC) = 24 cm.
(X + X + X + 3) = 24.
3 * X = 24 – 3 = 21.
X = 21/3 = 7 cm.
AB = 7 cm.
Answer: The length of the lateral side AB is 7 cm.
